Holosun IRIS-2 (IRIS-RD2 and IRIS-GR2) is a compact dual-laser aiming module built for professionals who need fast target designation in both daylight and night-vision environments without adding bulk to a modern rifle setup. With co-aligned visible red and infrared (IR) lasers, you can zero using the red laser in daylight and keep the IR laser precisely matched for NV work, saving time and reducing guesswork. Engineered around a rugged 7075-T6 aluminum housing with a hard-anodized finish, the unit delivers serious durability at just 5 oz and a low-profile 3.2×1.85×1.3 in footprint. Fine 0.5 MOA click adjustments and a generous ±50 MOA windage/elevation travel range make it easy to dial in and maintain zero. A center-positioned fire button supports momentary and constant-on activation, while the rear power/mode selector improves ergonomics under stress; a single-button pressure pad with Crane-style plug is included for remote activation. Use it for duty carbines, training rifles, and night-vision shooting where a visible laser and Class 1 IR pointer (<0.7 mW) provide flexible aiming and signaling.
